CxO Disrupt 2017, Brisbane

“We have to recognise that the disruption that we see driven by technology, the volatility in change is our friend if we are agile and smart enough to take advantage of it.”

– Malcolm Turnbull

The core of disruption is advantage. This advantage might take several shapes and forms such an advantage in business agility, adaptability, technology, or an element less fixed like innovation. For disruptive organisations, identifying and applying this advantage is what creates the change that customers want, or might not even know that they wanted.

Fifteen years into the 21st century and it is clear that technology and innovation have been the critical tools for companies looking to create disruptive advantage. The increasing speed of technology applications, coupled with the constant lowering of investment price-points, has created the opportunity for any organisation to become a disruptive force to their customers.

This ‘open market’ of innovation has levelled the playing field; large enterprises are being forced to compete directly with start-ups. Industries as a whole are being for re-think entire structures.  Brand new ‘unused’ assets are being created and sold; in-turn creating industries that didn’t exist five years ago.

This advantage, disruption and change are critical concepts that underwrite OmniChannel Media’s CxO Disrupt series. CXO Disrupt 2017, Brisbane, will give Queensland’s leading CxOs a change to engage with the technology and innovation fuelling industry disruption.

Set in one of Brisbane’s most picturesque settings, the event is driven by an illustrious advisory panel that has assisted OmniChannel Media in shaping this critical content.

CxO Disrupt is a chance for C-Suite executives to understand what the advantages are. We look forward to showcasing you different elements of disruption and assisting Queensland leaders in understanding what’s next for their industry.

Gender & Cultural Diversity:

OmniChannel Media is proud to promote gender and cultural diversity at a C-Suite level. In 2017 our goal is to achieve 40% (as of June, sitting at 54%) diversity at all of our events, working through to a full 50% diversity for 2017.

We look forward to producing CxO Disrupt Brisbane within the context of this policy.
